I received a defective or damaged item. Can I get a refund?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can return it in its original condition with
packaging intact within 14 days of purchase. We’ll inspect the item, and if it’s found to be
defective, we’ll process a refund, including any shipping fees. To exchange the item, email us
at admin@monopackglobal.com.

I received the wrong item. How can I return it?
If you receive an incorrect item, you can return it within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the returned item.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I return the item?
If you change your mind before the item is shipped, you can cancel the order for a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, you can return it within 14 days. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
How long does it take for the courier to collect the returned items?
After you request a return, a courier will contact you within 3-5 days. Sometimes it may take up to 2 weeks for collection, depending on the courier.
How can I receive a refund if I paid by credit card?
If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be credited back to the same card. It may take up to a month for the amount to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
What if I lost the original packaging?

Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original, unopened packaging. If you’ve lost
the packaging, please check our Help Center or contact us for further assistance.

Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective or wrong items). The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
